The fact that the bathrooms are new was amazing and if they are cleaned properly they should stay nice for years to come. The beds and bedding were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. A parking space was great to have and all in all we had a fantastic week in Pebble Cottage. My husband had to work for most of the week and the WiFi stood up to teams calls with no problem. We had a fantastic stay at 3 Pebble Cottage, it is just what you would expect from a quaint fishing village cottage. It was extremely warm and cosy and very well kitted out and had everything we needed. It is close to the harbour and has many activities around and about. Would definitely recommend....

We had a wonderful stay in Pebble Cottage. The location is ideally located minutes from Brixham harbour, and with easy access to all that South Devon has to offer. The cottage is clean and spacious, and we really appreciated the extra little touches like milk and biscuits on arrival. We would stay again....

On arrival the house was very dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned thoroughly following the previous tenants. There was an overpowering smell of dog urine in the lounge/kitchen that required us to purchase cleaning products to address along with leaving the windows open for 48 hours to dissipate the smell. The fixings for the bed in the top bedroom had fallen out of the frame (loose under the bed) and I also had to repair this prior to using it. Within the cupboards of all rooms, there is a significant smell and evidence of damp. Whilst the location of the property is excellent; I'd encourage other holidaymakers to look elsewhere....
