Clare was fantastic, committed to making sure we were comfortable and available if we needed any assistance. The cottage is spectacular and having the room at the back with its own kitchen worked brilliantly for the couple with 2 young children. The house is spacious and can definitely accommodate 8 people with ease. The location is brilliant because you are literally between 30 - 40mins from so many stunning places to see in North Devon. We visited Ilfracombe, Clovelly, Lynmouth & Lynton and Woolacombe over our 5 day stay and we never felt like we spent vast amounts of time in the car. The cottage is situated in North Molton which has a little convenience store for emergency supplies but South Molton is just 15mins away with all the major supermarkets. The visit to the local pub was great too - locals are very friendly. This is the first time I have used Classic Cottages - I would definitely use them again. Booking was easy and info about the area and the cottage was exceptional, ensuring that we were well prepared for our trip. ...

A very well kept, clean bungalow. Kitchen stocked to a high standard with everything you need. Very comfortable beds, plenty of bedroom furniture for your clothes. The sat nav took us along very narrow single track back roads, please look at the instructions supplied by the owner for best route into the village. Enjoy your stay....
