The location is superb. There's no 'what do we do now?' when you get back from a day out; you can watch the ferries going about their business from the pier less than 100 yards away. The one way system makes it easy to get to and get out of town again ...

If you want a property right on the waterfront and also within moments of the main shopping and entertainment areas look no further than The Pierhouse. We had one of our best UK holidays, Falmouth is a great location with lots to see and do and this property was in the ideal location to park up for the week and just stroll around. Based on this holiday we would not hesitate to recommend Classic Cottages. ...

A lovely stay at Pierhouse, again. Location is amazing especially when the weather is kind. Generally quiet at night in spite of central location, and sitting areas and bedrooms are comfortable. We are already booked to return. A couple of points to note: the car access is very narrow and you need to get the car straight, not on an angle, before entering. Unfortunately people park on the double yellow lines opposite the entrance, which makes it impossible to do this. I damaged a wheel on a raised kerb in the archway on one occasion for this reason. Also, the 9.00 am departure time is too early and a struggle to achieve. There's no flexibility as the housekeeper (who was very nice!) is there on the dot....
