Once a thriving port, Seaton is now one of Devon’s most traditional seaside resorts with working open top trams trundling along the estuary. Part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, Seaton is gripped by deep red cliffs that exhibit millions of years of geological history. Known locally as 'the Best in the West', this fish and chip restaurant serves more than ample portions at a very reasonable price, it is also a licensed cafe.

The Donkey Sanctuary (5.1 miles)
The focus here is on the animals, so there are no rides or play parks, just rescued donkeys to see and stroke.
