Each room boasts a wonderful outlook, whether you are relaxing with your morning coffee on one of the two balconies, or enjoying a well-deserved glass of wine later in the day from the comfort of the sofa watching the light dancing on the surface of the water - it really is a peaceful retreat.

Aggetts Dawn is located only moments from the town centre of Falmouth but is tucked away in the quiet and exclusive development of Packet Quays. Step into your apartment and you are greeted by a fabulous open plan living space and the most wonderful outlook, the large corner sofa provides ample seating for everyone to relax after a day on the beach or exploring Falmouth. There is a large dining-table which is perfect for family meals or gathering together over a map to plan the next day's adventure. The galley-style kitchen has a view across the balcony towards Flushing and is connected to the living space through a hatch ensuring the conversation can continue to flow while meals are being prepared. The kitchen has everything you are likely to need while you are on holiday.

On warmer days enjoy breakfast on the patio watching the daily goings on in Falmouth harbour with local ferries and boats of all shapes and sizes making their way in and out of the harbour. Keep a lookout for dolphins, seals and sea birds using the binoculars kindly provided by the owners.

Along the corridor you find the two bedrooms and family bathroom. The principal bedroom has a sumptuous king-size bed and your own private en suite shower-room. Take your time in the morning to relax and enjoy the view over the water, this bedroom also has a balcony where you can catch the early morning sun and watch the world go by (please note, the balcony adjoins the balcony of a neighbouring apartment). The second bedroom also has wonderful views over the water to Flushing with twin beds enabling the apartment to accommodate a party of up to four. The family bathroom has a great tub to soak those weary limbs with a fitted shower if that is your preference.

Aggetts Dawn has its own secure underground parking space (6'3" headroom) that is suitable for one medium-sized car. There is a private beach as well as a courtyard area. A private slipway provides an ideal place from where to launch your paddleboards or dingy. The apartment is situated above the car park and involves navigating around 47 steps. There is also a lift from the car park up to the High Street however there are 13 steps up to reach the lift platform from the car park and then 26 steps from the lift down to the apartment.
