At the end of a lane amidst lovely countryside, this detached former hay barn has only the warmly welcoming but unobtrusive Owners and The Snug (2284) as near neighbours. Easy access to good roads, and fly fishing lakes, footpaths and cycle trails nearby, make this location perfect for both relaxing and active holidays. Fabulous artwork adorns the cottage, from the under-floor heated kitchen/dining-room, bedrooms and bathroom on the ground floor to the huge, light-filled sitting-room above. Sumptuous linens, a claw-foot bath and drench-head shower, luxuriously upholstered seating and deep rugs all combine to create a stunning interior. The spacious kitchen/dining-room, master bedroom and sitting-room all lead out to a private terrace and enclosed south-facing garden. The sitting-room has chandeliers, an oil-fired stove, a flat screen television with an Xbox and broadband access, catering for everybody’s needs. With a footpath nearby leading to a popular pub, the woods and bridleways of the World Heritage Site Luxulyan Valley within sight and the Eden Project a couple of miles away, Little Resugga ticks all the right boxes. This property has a private water supply (regularly tested). Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
