With beautiful oak floors and doors, the large well-equipped kitchen/dining-room will provide a focal point for wonderful meals around the large dining-table. There is also a lovely oil-fired Rayburn (the main cooking appliance, although a hob and microwave are also provided), which adds to the warm and comfortable atmosphere. Leading on from the kitchen/dining-room are the shower-room and the triple aspect sitting-room. Upstairs, overlooking the spacious garden, three bedrooms are prettily furnished. Guests are welcome to wander through the grounds and enjoy Spritzer the welcoming Labrador and the free-range chickens. So drag out those walking boots, breathe in the fresh Devon air and enjoy the chance to unwind. Please note the lower rent band only applies for holidays beginning on or between 6 January to 4 May and is only applicable for parties of 2 + cot or less.
