White Cottage is set into a hill, with a Juliet balcony outside the window of the second floor bedroom, a large terrace and a further terrace on the ground floor.The front door at pavement level opens into the first floor sitting-room.There is a warming electric stove in the sitting-room.

If the evenings are chilly, there is an open fire to give that extra warmth.The ground floor double bedroom (bedroom 1), has its own en suite bathroom.The third floor double bedroom (bedroom 3), has great views.

Up above Brixham harbour with sea views from almost every room, White Cottage is a quirky and deceptively spacious cottage (awarded a five star rating by VisitEngland). Approached by a couple of shallow steps, the front door opens into a sitting-room which has gorgeous views and its own terrace. This floor also has a twin bedroom. Steep stairs lead up to the floor above and a double bedroom, again with tremendous views. A second, open-tread, spiral staircase goes down to the ground floor sitting/dining-room and kitchen/breakfast-room, which has doors to another patio and barbecue area and views over the bustling harbour. There is also a double en suite bedroom on this floor. Being so central means it is a short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants, or the sunny terraces offer guests the chance to relax and enjoy the busy nautical goings on below. Please note the parking space is for a small car only. You can also enter the cottage via a side gate and shallow steps down to the ground floor (easier for unloading or for someone less able to manage the stairs).

Ground Floor

Utility-area with freezer, washing machine and tumble-drier. Sitting/Dining-room with TV, PVR, DVD player, CD player and open fire. Step to Kitchen/Breakfast-room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 with double bed and en suite Bathroom with bath, shower attachment, WC and wash-basin.

First Floor

Sitting-room with wood-burner effect electric stove. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, wash-basin and en suite WC.

Second Floor

Bedroom 3 with double bed and satellite TV. Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.
