The Warren shelters down a country lane neighbouring the Owners’ farmhouse and another historic barn conversion, just over a mile from Ilfracombe and close to the spectacular north Devon coast. This idyllic retreat nestles in glorious countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Coastal Preservation Area. There are fabulous views from this exceptionally spacious cottage, down the valley and to the sea and the rooftops of Ilfracombe in the distance. In the kitchen-area there is a cosy Rayburn for cooking (although a combination microwave and a two ring hob are also provided). The front patio basks in sunshine and of an evening the wood-burner will be a joy. The Warren offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for couples wishing to get away from it all and explore this unspoilt area. This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.
