Description

The Warren shelters down a country lane neighbouring the Owners’ farmhouse, over a mile from Ilfracombe and close to the spectacular north Devon coast. This magical and idyllic retreat nestles in glorious countryside within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a Coastal Preservation Area. In the distance, down the valley, the sea views from the open plan living-room and the spacious bedroom are soul-soothing and will recharge anyone’s batteries! In the kitchen-area there is a cosy Rayburn (the sole cooking appliance but a microwave with grill and a two ring hob are also provided). The front patio basks in sunshine and for chilly evenings or inclement days, the wood-burner will be a joy. The Warren offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for couples wishing to get away from it all and explore this unspoilt area. This property has a private water supply which is tested regularly. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.
