The en suite bathroom has a double-ended roll-top bath with a separate shower cubicle.This bedroom has 'zip and link' beds with an en suite shower-room.The first floor double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Tucked deep in beautiful Devon countryside, offering woodland walks and coastal trips, Oak Leaf will delight discerning guests. Impeccably renovated, this semi-detached cottage overlooking the Owners’ smallholding has views to Dartmoor. The generous kitchen/dining-room has a splendid Rayburn (main cooking appliance although a microwave is provided) and solid oak stable-doors to the enclosed gravelled patio and the Owners’ extensive grounds, which guests can enjoy. Upstairs, the impressive oak-floored sitting-room is furnished with a large wood-burner and luxurious sofas, enticing you to curl up and relax. The en suite bedrooms are divided over the first and ground floors, assuring privacy. Oak Leaf’s accommodation is second to none and its location in an unspoilt area of Devon provides a wonderful, peaceful holiday. A second cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.
