Tuckenhay is one of those hidden Devon villages you only discover by chance. Down a narrow lane perched on Bow Creek, this lovely cottage is only a short drive from Dartmouth, with its several good restaurants. Even closer is Totnes, which has a busy weekly market. One of a terrace of former paper mill cottages, Jasmine Cottage has a large terraced garden across the shared private drive, also a pretty patio and a steep, raised rear garden accessed from the back door. The comfortable sitting-room has the original wood flooring and a wood-burner which, together with full central heating, keeps the cottage really cosy in the cooler months. Upstairs there are three attractive bedrooms and a family bathroom.
