Rebecca Cottage is close to Dartmoor National Park, with over 350 square miles of heather-clad rocky tors, deep valleys and, of course, ponies. In the heart of Chillaton, near the Devon/Cornwall border and within walking distance of the shop and pub (which has limited opening hours), this semi-detached cottage has an enclosed gravelled garden and sunny patio-area. Three steps lead to the front door and inside the sitting-room is lovely with leather sofas and a cosy wood-burner. The kitchen/dining-room has large glass doors to the patio-area where you will probably want to spend summer evenings. This attractive room has polished slate flooring, light oak units and all mod-cons. Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms. This is an excellent base to explore the area; bring hiking boots, but also sunscreen and beach towels, as the beaches of north Cornwall and Devon are an easy drive. Rebecca Cottage is just the place for family or friends to have a wonderful holiday.
