Nestled on a hillside in the unspoilt village of Petrockstowe, this spacious, detached cottage enjoys a secluded, peaceful position with stunning views over the wooded valley. Within easy reach of the village pub, you can enjoy a stroll up the Owners' private lane for an evening meal, or al fresco refreshments on a sunny day.

Larkworthy Cottage is divided over three levels, with slate and oak floors, designer fabrics and a whirlpool bath, ensuring a luxurious feel. Steps lead from the well-equipped kitchen/diner to the sitting-room, with its home cinema system (including a 40" HD television) and French windows, opening onto the patio and enclosed, terraced gardens.

Geothermal under-floor heating, solar panels and a wood-burner in the sitting-room make this cottage cosy for out-of-season breaks - with a reduced carbon footprint!

Whatever your interests, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area, which is part of the North Devon UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. The Tarka Trail and 370 acres of nature reserves are perfect for walking and cycling (with or without dogs), and are within walking distance of the cottage. RHS Rosemoor is close by, and the 'sand and surf' beaches of Westward Ho! and Bude are easily accessible by car.
