Steps lead from the well-equipped kitchen/diner to the sitting-room which has a home cinema system (including a 40” HD television), with French windows opening out onto the patio and the sunny, enclosed, terraced gardens. Guests are also welcome to explore the Owners’ meadows beyond. Full geothermal under-floor heating throughout, solar panels and a wood-burner in the sitting-room make Larkworthy Cottage cosy for out-of-season breaks with a reduced carbon footprint! The Tarka Trail, ideal for walking and cycling, runs through Petrockstowe, RHS Rosemoor is a ten minute drive and the ‘sand and surf’ beaches of Westward Ho! and Bude are easily accessible.
