Set apart from Honeysuckle Cottage (1270) and the Owner’s home, near the stables and with chickens roaming beyond the garden fence, this contemporary, single-storey cottage is ideal for young families with its practical tiled floor, little play-area and purpose-built baby bath and shower in the double bedroom’s en suite bathroom. The spacious open plan living-room has beech kitchen units, granite-effect worktops and a corner sofa facing the cosy wood-burner. After long days on the golden surfing beaches of Porthtowan and Perranporth grown-ups can relax on the deck, while the children play in the enclosed garden or on the shared trampoline and climbing frame. A selection of children’s wetsuits is also available. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 11am on departure.
