A stylish ground floor apartment in the award-winning Nautilus development, Sundowner looks out to the surf and sand of the beach across the road (see photograph). The spacious open plan living-room opens onto a small unfenced patio at the front of the property (please take care with toddlers), and has huge windows to take advantage of the view. The well-equipped granite kitchen-area is very stylish and allows the cook to join in the fun. The bedroom at the back follows the curve of the building and has plenty of room for a travel cot. Westward Ho! is a super surfing spot and provides a great base for exploring the local area.
