All the bedrooms bar one, have doors out to the deck running along the ground floor.The private jetty is approached by a spiral staircase from the back garden (please ensure an adult accompanies young children at all times).There are metal spiral steps down to the private jetty - take care with children as it is slippery at low water.

Redcliffe is a water lover’s paradise, with direct access from the enclosed garden down spiral steps to a private quay and slipway. At high tide you can swim, sail or canoe from the jetty and a semi-dry mooring is available if required. Situated on the tidal River Teign, there are marvellous views downriver or back towards Dartmoor from the huge balcony. The large sitting/dining-room is beautifully furnished with floor to ceiling windows opening onto the balcony. The kitchen/breakfast-room again has doors to the balcony and there is a games-room, single bedroom and cloakroom on the first floor (the house is built into a slope) with the remaining four bedrooms on garden level, opening onto a deck. There is also a fitness area with a sauna. Children should be accompanied around the river and care should be taken with toddlers on the balcony and deck. The garden has a small pond and a ‘sunset patio’ (with a barbecue) perched over the riverbank. Photos cannot do justice to this gorgeous house – you will have to visit.
