Crooked Oak Cottage is found in the midst of beautiful grounds and will delight all garden lovers! Attached to the Owners’ home, the cottage provides the perfect retreat to recharge those depleted batteries. The view from the private patio overlooks the stunning garden, over the lily and carp filled pond down towards the swimming lake (please be careful with children). Beyond here adults and children alike can play to their hearts content in 20 acres of woods; relive your childhood, play hide and seek and make camps! Inside the cottage, which is full of character and charm, there is a galley-style kitchen and a spacious sitting/dining-room with an inglenook housing the cosy wood-burner. The bathroom is on the ground floor whilst the two prettily decorated bedrooms are on the first floor. For guests wishing to feel a little sand between their toes Westward Ho! is just a half-hour drive away. Of course, that is if you can pull yourself away from the restful Crooked Oak Cottage where peace and quiet is guaranteed!
