Shaldon is a pretty village along one bank of the Teign estuary offering interesting shops and restaurants alongside the village green. It is close to the sandy beaches at Dawlish, Torquay, Teignmouth and Dartmoor is a quick and easy drive inland. Shoreline is a quaint 18th Century cottage, a ten minute walk from the heart of the village in a small cul-de-sac of unique riverside properties known as The Strand. Each has its own private waterside garden directly opposite, offering stunning views. At the end of The Strand you are right on the water’s edge with river views and sandy walks. Guests enter directly into the attractive open plan sitting/dining-room which leads into the large, well-equipped kitchen and to the enclosed courtyard at the rear. Upstairs both bedrooms have en suite facilities and the master bedroom enjoys panoramic river views from the window seat. Please note that the changeover times are 2pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
