Welcome to Ivor's Barn. A lovely end of terraced Cornish barn located in rural west Cornwall. The lovely owners use the barn next door to Ivor's Barn simply for storage.

Bedroom one is located on the ground floor, and can be a 'zip and link' or two singles.
Step through into a lovely courtyard.
The lovely entrance hall. Stairs lead up to the open plan living area.
Snuggle around the wood-burner on chillier days with a good book...and enjoy the distant sea views.
For the chef in the party you can rustle up a fine spread whilst still engaging in lots of chatter.
The patio is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or pre-dinner drink.
Ivor's Barn sits in an elevated position and on a clear day you have a great view of Penzance bay.
Bedroom two is a sweet double.
You have lovely sea views from the living area.
The contemporary family shower-room located on the ground floor.
Bedroom one can either be made up as a king or two singles - you choose!
Bedroom one has a door leading out onto the parking area. However it remains locked at all times.
The enclosed shower is the perfect spot for washing muddy paws or sandy toes.
The gorgeous courtyard has been planted to ensure you have colour all year round.
Ivor's Barn is located just off a country road and opposite an old farm. This is mainly used for storage by the owners.
The stunning west Cornwall coastline.
The iconic Jubilee Pool in Penzance is a fabulous Art Deco outdoor pool.
Mousehole is well worth a visit.
Boats bob gently in the water at St Ives.
Majestic St Michael's Mount can be accessed via a little ferry at high tide or on foot at low tide.
All of the beds are super comfy and dressed in the loveliest linens.

A beautifully designed and furnished property with excellent attention to detail. Everything you could need was provided. Also it has a lovely distant sea view from the lounge window on a clear day. A perfect stay which we’ll definitely return to.

Lovely cozy and well equipped cottage. You can see a lot of thought has gone into this property and it is very pretty. The bedrooms are a little tight on space but upstairs in the living area there is plenty of room which more than makes up for it. Great location and we would definitely stay here again. ...

Extremely comfortable, very well-equipped and beautifully decorated accommodation, located 2-3 miles from Penzance. Perfect for a quiet country stay in a lovely location, with fantastic views of Mount's Bay from the upstairs lounge/dining room. We loved the attention to detail in the cottage and the outside seating/bbq area. There was also a friendly, warm welcome from the housekeeper/owner next door. We really enjoyed our week's stay.
