The en suite bathroom to bedroom 2 looks out over the front of the house so enjoys the views.
The owners have created a wonderful holiday home they are happy to share with their guests.
The bedrooms are not only beautiful but also light and spacious.

Bedroom 3 is at the back of the house overlooking the garden.

The family bathroom sits between bedroom 3 and 4.
The bunk room has a four-foot bottom bunk so can accommodate two small children. Please note the single top bunk is not to be used by guests.
Space for the younger ones to play their own games.
There is parking for two cars at the top of the drive.
Space to run around, play games and for the children to let off steam!

Summers beach is a five minute walk away.
Catch the ferry from the harbour to the maritime town of Falmouth or head up the Fal and spend the day at Trelissick gardens.
St Mawes Castle built between 1539 and 1545 guards the entrance to the harbour.
The crystal clear waters off Tavern beach.
In summer take the small Place ferry and explore secret coves around St Anthony headland.
Enjoy an al fresco seafood lunch at the famous Hidden Hut on Porthcurnick beach.

Our family of 5 had a lovely stay at Primrose Hill. It is a beautiful house in a wonderful location - a short walk down to the waterfront but far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. Even with a week of rain, we were able to enjoy the space and coziness of Primrose Hill. Plenty of room for us all to relax and enjoy the gorgeous views. St. Mawes has a number of excellent restaurants but the kitchen at Primrose Hill is so well equipped that we could quite happily eat at the house with supplies from the brilliant Mr. Scores deli. Definitely worth a visit! ...
