The wooden stairs are narrow and steep, especially leading up to bedroom 3 on the second floor so please take care.
Delightful bedroom 3 is on the second floor.
Located on Commercial street, the harbour is just a hop, skip and a jump from the front stable door.

The Velux window makes bedroom 3 light and inviting. This bedroom has limited headroom, so please take care on the low beams.

The gorgeous Cornish fishing village of Mousehole is as pretty as a picture.
The vibrant fishing town of Newlyn is a short drive away, with a great selection of galleries and cafes.
Visit Marazion and enjoy al fresco dining in the Cornish sunshine.
St Michael's Mount is a magical place to spend the day. Walk along the causeway at low tide and catch the ferryboat when the tide is high.
St Ives on the north coast has some beautiful beaches and a pretty town to wander around.
Surfers should head to Sennen where the Atlantic rollers are amongst the best in Cornwall.

Dove Cottage is a comfortable and stylish cottage in a very good location just round the corner from the harbour in Mousehole. The cottage is well kept and sparklingly clean and the standard of decor and equipment is excellent. The layout of the rooms gives ample space for a family of four to relax although storage in the first floor bedrooms is a bit limited. There are lovely touches such as toys and games to appeal to all ages and tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided to welcome guests' arrival. Mousehole itself is charming, with quaint alleyways and a pretty harbour (although probably not the best place to be if you want an extensive beach on the doorstep!). There is a great selection of restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries for such a small town. Lots of places of interest are within easy reach. One drawback is parking, which is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. You will definitely have a five to ten minute (uphill) walk to the cottage wherever you park. Also, the stairs in the cottage are steep and a bit slippy; this might not be the right cottage if anyone in the party has mobility issues. This said, Dove Cottage is a marvellous base for a relaxed Cornish holiday. ...

This cottage is absolutely lovely and has everything in that you could possibly need. It’s a stone’s throw from the harbour and the pubs and restaurants. It is worth booking the restaurants as it can fill up very quickly. The beaches in and around Mousehole are lovely although most beaches in this area you are not allowed dogs on, which was annoying as we had our furry friend with us. We spent a week here and my whole family had a lovely stay. ...
