At calving time you can come and meet the new arrivals!
The other residents would love to meet you, just ask the owners, as they would be happy to show you around the farm.
The little church at Church Cove, made famous by the BBC series Poldark, is a few minutes down the road, with National Trust parking nearby.
Sandy at low tide and lifeguarded in high season plus toilets and a little hut serviing snacks and drinks.
Spend time building sandcastles or pebble towers, dip your toes in the water or surf the waves, the choice is yours.
Pretty Porthleven harbour is only five miles away. This 'foodie destination' has lots of cafes, restaurants and quaint shops.
The Helford River has much to offer the visitor whether you like to explore by foot on on the water.
Kynance Cove is a highlight of the Lizard peninsula.

Coverack Bay has a lovely sandy beach at high tide and a windsurfing school.

The Cow Shed was a delightful property on a busy working farm. It was spacious, well fitted out and clean. There was nothing we wanted for! The owners were very helpful and the cake they left was lovely. We all agreed it was easily the nicest place we have stayed and we would recommend it to anyone.
