Padstow is very popular - grab a bite to eat at the many eateries, browse the shops, hop on a boat trip or visit the historic Prideaux Place.

Everything about Ruth's Cottage and the host's hospitality could not have been more perfect. The decor was stunning and fresh - fittings and furnishing exceptional quality and the well equipped kitchen a joy. Added to this was a charming, private and peaceful garden at the back with table and chairs - a great suntrap. The location was perfect for touring/exploring to the north and south and really lovely to return to such a comfortable 'sanctuary' away from 'the crowds' at the end of the day. I could not recommend this property more highly - it is a true gem and would love to return! ...

We booked Ruth’s cottage a couple of days before our stay. Location is perfect in a quiet road, no noise at all. Excellent location for visiting North Cornwall. The local pub was very welcoming with good pub food. We loved the decor and quirkiness of the cottage. Good quality furnishings and linen. Loved the bath. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage, though the garden needed some TLC. ...

Ruth’s cottage was a wonderful mix of character and modern. The bath was glorious, the garden perfect for sunny bbqs and St Teath was a lovely quiet corner of this patch of Cornwall. An excellent base for exploring Tintagel, Padstow, The Camel Trail, Bodmin Moor and lots of beautiful beaches. Would recommend in a heartbeat....
