Decking area overlooking wooded grounds along with hot tub very enjoyable after a day's sightseeing. Revamped local shop in Carnon Downs(a mile away) ideal for topping up groceries. Trelissick Gardens(NT) with excellent cafe only a ten minute drive away. Similarly The Old Quay Inn in Devoran (again ten minute drive away) is an excellent old style pub. A minute walk below the pub is a peaceful walk along the the river....

Cedar is a wonderfully peaceful holiday home which we found immaculately clean and welcoming when we arrived. It has been thoughtfully planned and equipped for everything you need. The bed is large and comfortable and the bathroom is modern with a large bath, two sinks and shower. The veranda is really big with comfortable sun beds and a hot tub. It is fabulous sitting out there and listening to the birds. The swimming pool just made the holiday for us. After a day out exploring, we looked forward to a swim and then relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine. Dog friendly too, our dog was very happy here. I would highly recommend this holiday home and look forward to returning - a credit to the owners. ...

A fantastic property with full facilities in a wonderful setting. The layout of the cottage and grounds are very dog friendly. We enjoyed evenings in the hot tub after a swim in the indoor pool. The booking slots for the pool worked well due to extra Covid measures as there were enough slots for the number of properties. I would definitely recommend the Emerald Estate and will look forward to going there again in the future. ...
