Accessed by two flights of stairs up to the second floor, The Lookout has breathtaking sea views from the living-room (see photograph) – bring your binoculars to enjoy unrivalled bird and boat watching! An archway leads into the fitted kitchen, and both bedrooms overlook the grounds, open heath and the coast. Surrounded by National Trust land with the coastal path nearby, the eight acres of private grounds include an all-weather tennis court, extensive lawns with secluded sitting-out areas overlooking the sea, and a footpath to a small beach, sandy at low tide. The Headland enjoys splendid isolation, yet Coverack village, with its colourful fishing harbour and pretty cottages, is but a short downhill walk away. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.
