This cottage is set on the outer edge of a courtyard of beautifully converted old barns, situated at the end of a private lane and surrounded by open countryside in a peaceful and secluded location. The neighbouring cottages are individually owned and form a small, happy community. Swimming, bracing walks along the cliffs or just playing on the beach at Newquay, Crantock or Watergate Bay are all within easy access. The conversion has been carried out with flair and imagination and includes open beamed ceilings. The accommodation is reversed, with the living area on the first floor (stair-gate provided).
