Situated on the outskirts of the little village of Mawgan on the Lizard peninsula and just a ten minute walk from the beautiful creeks of the Helford River, Maryville is a spacious, modern house. Guests will enjoy the enclosed garden where children can run around freely. Inside, the rooms are light and attractively decorated. The cosy sitting-room has a comfortable suite to relax on and a piano for anyone who enjoys playing. The kitchen/diner has been tastefully modernised, is well-equipped and has a traditional dresser and large farmhouse-style table. Here you can enjoy your meals while looking out over the open fields and beautiful wooded valley beyond, in the heart of which lies the famous National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek. The downstairs bedrooms and safe garden make Maryville ideal for both young children and older guests. The Owners, who live in a completely separate small annexe on the right side of the house, are on hand to direct you to the beautiful sandy beaches and picturesque fishing villages tucked away in the many rocky coves in this lovely part of Cornwall.
