Cosawes Pascoe Cottage is part of a 19th Century, Grade II Listed house and courtyard set on its own, surrounded by open countryside. Your dogs can roam freely over the Owners’ two acre field. It is only five miles equidistant from the Cathedral City of Truro and the sandy beaches and famous sailing waters of Falmouth. The north coast is nine miles and there are National Trust gardens at Glendurgan and Trelissick, twenty minutes’ drive away. The sitting/dining-room has a cosy wood-burner for out-of-season breaks, and a door leading into the large garden, shared with the Owners. Guests also have sole use of a pretty summer-house, perfect for an afternoon siesta. The small pine kitchen is well-equipped, with a separate utility-area accessed from outside, ideal after beach forays. Hard-standing for a boat or trailer is available and there is broadband access.
