Commanding a panoramic view across open countryside, Trelea Barn is tucked away at the end of a quiet farm lane, but within easy access of the vast sandy beaches to be found at Bude, Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay. It is situated in excellent walking country close to the north Cornwall coastal path. The only neighbours are the Owners, who live in the nearby main house; Trelea Barn is detached with its own walled courtyard, pergola and barbecue, as well as a large enclosed garden and patio-area. The accommodation is reversed to take advantage of the magnificent views. A short flight of exterior steps leads into the open plan living-room which runs the full length of the building and has exposed beams, beige carpet and cream curtains. At one end a stone fireplace houses a multi-burner alongside an exposed stone wall, whilst the kitchen and dining areas are fitted with dark oak. In the centre is a balustraded staircase (stair-gate provided) leading to the bedrooms, one with an en suite shower-room, and the bathroom on the ground floor.
