This small but well-equipped self-contained first floor apartment enjoys magnificent views over the Hayle estuary and saltings (see photograph), where swans, egret and several species of wild duck and waders can be seen feeding as the tide rises and falls. Approached by an external iron staircase and with its own patio, the accommodation is all on the first floor. The sitting/dining-room is decorated in shades of blue and both this and the kitchen have good views of the estuary. The bedroom is pretty and furnished with twin beds. The Owner lives in the main part of the house, whilst Quayside (11) and a tea-room serving light refreshment (not open every day) are situated in the same spacious grounds. The spectacular north coast and Lelant railway, which runs a shuttle service to St Ives, are both nearby.
