The property has a sharp drop at the end of the front garden, and although protected by a fence, we would advise that small children be supervised whilst playing in the garden.

Ventnor’s popular shingle and sand beach and quay, has the famous Haven Fishery where fresh fish and shellfish can be bought as it comes in off the boats. Ventnor is renowned for the quality of its crab and lobster, available live, cooked or prepared from the fishery 7 days a week.
