Nanteague Farm is surrounded by 130 acres of rolling pastureland where the Owner farms beef cattle away from the cottages, which look out over the lovely views. A solar-heated outdoor swimming pool (available from 19 May to 8 September) is great for family fun and a large, well-stocked coarse fishing lake, with fine specimens of carp, rudd, perch, roach and bream, offers a challenge to even the best fishermen (please supervise children around the pool and lake at all times). With 13 acres of meadow around the lake which guests can roam, this is an idyllic location. The sandy surfing and swimming beach at Perranporth is a short drive away, and the Cathedral City of Truro closer still. Clifftop walks, several National Trust gardens, and the sailing town of Falmouth are also within easy reach. The friendly and welcoming Owner is happy to accommodate a trailer and small boat, and an outdoor kennel and run are available for visiting dogs.

Nanteague House is semi-detached from the Owner’s house, with its own sun-trap patio to the front overlooking the courtyard and swimming pool. On several levels, the ground floor has a convivial kitchen/diner, bathroom and bedroom with three single beds, perfect for families. A few stairs rise to the first small sitting-room, furnished with a comfortable sofa and with open-tread stairs (please take care with toddlers) leading up to the second little sitting-room with a television and DVD player/recorder. Further steps lead down to the master bedroom, which has an en suite shower-room and views of open countryside.

Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and Dining-area. Bedroom 1 with three single beds. Bathroom with bath, WC and wash-basin. Steps to Sitting-room with CD and tape player.

First Floor

Sitting-room 2 with TV and DVD player/recorder. Steps to Bedroom 2 with double bed (5'), TV and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.
