Adjoining the Owners’ beautiful home and surrounded by fields and footpaths perfect for exercising your canine companions, the cottage includes wireless broadband, eco-friendly under-floor heating with individual room thermostats, a (regularly tested) private water supply and, although single-storey, some internal steps. Approached by an unmade farm track (unsuitable for low suspension vehicles) Trannack is set in a peaceful rural location, but is ideally placed for exploring Cornwall. From a gravelled enclosure of neat vegetable beds, stone steps lead up to the entrance. To the left of the utility-room is the fabulous bathroom; the kitchen is up two steps to the right. Further steps ascend to the spacious sitting/dining-room, with its Freesat television and cosy wood-burner. The pretty bedrooms lie beyond, the double en suite and both furnished with sumptuous beds and luxurious linens.
