Lakehayes Farm, an easy drive from the World Heritage Jurassic Coast at Lyme Regis, is the setting for these semi-detached stone cottages – created from the original cider barn and both filled with character. Lakehayes offers the chance to sample an idyllic self-sufficient lifestyle on this pretty smallholding where the Owners also live. Each cottage has its own sitting-out area, and there is a lovely picnic paddock for guests where you can see the chickens, sheep and pigs. Enclosed by wooden gates at the entrance this is a great place for children to enjoy. The cottages are in an ideal location for exploring the fishing villages and unspoilt beaches of the east Devon and west Dorset coastline, where the Owners can offer private boat charter. Book both cottages together for an extended family holiday in this truly welcoming setting.

The open plan ground floor is bright and cheerful.Lovely panelling gives character to this cottage.There is a huge squashy sofa in the living area.

The Owners can offer private boat charter to their guests, setting off from Seaton Harbour.This is the beach at Seaton. 
 

Apple Cottage is a delightful romantic hideaway for two. Bright and welcoming, the open plan living space has a stable-door opening out onto a little patio. Floor to ceiling windows downstairs allow light to flood into this friendly cottage whilst the cosy but spacious double bedroom is tucked into the eaves. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
