This pretty Victorian terraced cottage is tucked away a minute's walk from the water in picturesque Flushing, an enchanting waterside village directly across from the sailing town of Falmouth where the Penryn River joins the sea. Settled by Dutch seafarers in the 17th Century, their lovely Queen Anne-style houses line the village streets. Beautifully presented Shell Seekers is a gem, retaining many original features including an open fire in the sitting-room and a large bay window which lets in the morning sun. An enclosed, prettily planted south-facing courtyard garden provides a lovely place to relax and unwind in the sunshine. The village is on the doorstep with two local pubs, a popular restaurant and a regular passenger ferry to Falmouth.
