This delectably simple little pied-a-terre, set midway between both coasts, makes an ideal base for exploring Cornwall. After an energetic day’s hiking the coastal paths, the Owner can even arrange to collect and return you to wherever you parked your car! Afterwards the private south-facing garden, with its handy storage shed for bikes, boots and surfboards, is perfect for relaxing, and perhaps meeting the Owner’s two friendly cats. Set in a tranquil wooded valley near Stithians within walking distance of the village pub and shop, this compact hideaway discreetly adjoins the Owner’s home, their lovingly tended garden, and allotment. The cosy living-room has a small kitchen, large comfortable sofa, and partially-screened sleeping-area (please mind the step). The ingeniously designed shower-room has a ‘hip-bath’ shower-tray – put the plug in, sit back, and soak those aching legs! This property has a private water supply, regularly tested. Please note that the changeover times are 3pm on arrival and 12 noon on departure.
