Offering all the comforts of home, this spacious 1940s semi-detached house is perfect for families or yachting enthusiasts wishing to make the most of the fabulous sailing waters and wide-ranging attractions of the flourishing maritime town of Falmouth. In a busy residential area, only one mile from the centre of town, Penwarne is set above a main road with plenty of parking and space for a dinghy trailer if required. Inside the house the original parquet flooring and wide staircase in the hallway are enhanced by thoughtful decor and comfortable, neutrally-toned furnishings throughout. The sitting-room stretches from the front to the rear of the house with doors out to the enclosed garden, and has full Sky satellite provision, while a small study provides a nice little hideaway for those seeking privacy to read or work in peace.
