French doors lead out from the sitting/dining-room.Pretty finishing touches.The galley-style kitchen has an old stone French sink and there are views through the narrow windows to countryside beyond.
 
The well-equipped kitchen is approached by steps down from the living-room.Views out over the surrounding countryside.The double bedroom is charming and the pipe from the wood-burner below ensures it is toasty and warm in the cooler months.
 
The double bedroom is very spacious.The en suite bathroom is just glimpsed through the door.The lovely bathroom.
 
There are some exterior steps leading down from the bedroom.This is a lovely barn conversion.The patio is a real sun-trap.

Description

Close to Fowey, spacious detached Roseney Barn is a tranquil rural retreat. Nearby Lanlivery has an excellent pub and the only neighbours are the Owner and one other cottage. The wood-burner in the sitting/dining-room ensures you will be snug whatever the weather and there are doors out to the pretty patio. The galley-style kitchen has slate floors and a French-style stone sink. Upstairs is a charming bedroom and en suite bathroom with a roll-top bath. Ideal for walkers or cyclists, the barn is very close to Helman Tor and is on the Saints’ Way which traverses Cornwall from Padstow down to Fowey. The renowned Eden Project is a half-hour drive and there are several sandy beaches and clifftop walks waiting to be explored. Roseney Barn has its own water supply which is tested regularly. Please note, although children are not accepted at this property, babies up to six months old are welcome.
