Deep in lovely countryside nestles The Rectory Linney, a spacious detached barn conversion just outside Launceston with only two neighbours. The open plan living-room has windows opening out to a sunny patio, large sofas giving a relaxing sitting-area, and a contemporary kitchen. A wooden staircase leads up to a galleried twin bedroom above with shoulder-height glass walls (not suitable for young children). The ground floor has a single bedroom which shares an en suite shower-room with a double bedroom. A second staircase leads to the first floor master bedroom with gorgeous bathroom. The courtyard has a lawn and play-area, and there is a fabulous heated indoor pool (please supervise children at all times) and games-room, both for guests’ sole use. If you can tear yourselves away, Launceston has some interesting shops, the north and south coasts are under an hour’s drive and Bodmin and Dartmoor are easily accessible. This is a truly unspoilt part of Cornwall where you can relax and enjoy the delights of this lovely house.
