Named after the abundant array of colourful camellias bordering the front garden in spring, this welcoming little cottage lies just outside the village of St Hilary within an attractive, fully enclosed private garden with a large sunny lawn and patio at the rear. A short drive from the unspoilt seaside village of Perranuthnoe and spectacular St Michael’s Mount at Marazion, also easily accessible by car are St Ives and the north coast’s glorious sandy beaches at Gwithian and Godrevy. Adjoining the Owners’ home, Camellia Cottage has a well-equipped galley-style kitchen with pale green units, leading via two steps into the separate dining-room. This part of the cottage is the oldest, with low doorways (mind your head!) and a steep staircase leading up to the en suite twin bedroom. Two further steps from the dining-room lead to the hall and bathroom, which features a generous corner bath. The spacious double bedroom is beyond the sitting-room, which has a comfortable brown leather suite and patio doors to the garden.
