Enter the property into the welcoming kitchen/diner, which boasts a warming Aga and large farmhouse table. The sitting-room is warmed by a wood-burner and has a small pool table for hours of fun. Also on this floor is the study with a broadband connection. Stairs lead up to the first floor landing and four bedrooms including one with a super-king bed and en suite, one family room with ‘zip and link’ (double or twin) beds and a single bed, a family bathroom and the fourth bedroom, with a sloping roof (please take care) and single bed, which also houses the cot.
