Within walking distance of Polurrian’s sandy beach, this beautifully presented detached dormer bungalow sits beside the road leading to Mullion Cove’s picturesque harbour. Only a short level stroll from the village centre and its shops, restaurants and pubs, the general store is also conveniently nearby. Through wide gates from the road the paved parking-area leads to a porch, beyond which the comfortable sitting-room has a high beamed ceiling and a welcoming wood-burner. Only the twin bedroom is on the first floor, nestling under the eaves (mind your head on the exposed beams!). There is a separate dining-room, a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen leading to a tile-floored sun-room. From here, a stable-door opens onto the patio, the pretty enclosed walled garden featuring a covered raised fishpond in the middle of the lawn (please take care with children). Next door is the village post office’s car park, where guests may park a second car if required.
