Set close to the Jurassic Coast, within a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with its own nature reserve, Lower Bruckland Farm is the ultimate ‘get away from it all’. These two contemporary semi-detached barn conversions share a raised patio, are set within the farmyard opposite the original farmhouse and will provide a perfect retreat any time of the year. Walks are in abundance and the seaside towns of Seaton and Lyme Regis are within a short driving distance. Fifty yards from the properties lies Lower Bruckland Farm, fishery and nature reserve. This parkland has five large fishing lakes and is home to many interesting species of wildlife such as dragonflies and birds. There is a seasonal tea shop and coarse fishing is available to visitors at cost from April to October, however, guests are free to enjoy the nature reserve, and picnic and relax by the lakes at will (please take care with children).

South-facing Corn Cottage is spacious and open plan with white tiled floors running throughout the ground floor. Within the sitting-area, leather sofas and a large rug flank the wall-mounted pebble-effect electric fire and face the large plasma television. Upstairs are two carpeted bedrooms, a shower-room and a family bathroom. *A cot is not provided, please bring your own travel cot.

Ground Floor

Entrance hall. Open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas. TV, DVD player and pebble-effect electric fire. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

First Floor

Bedroom 1 with double bed (5') and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bathroom with bath, fitted shower, WC and wash-basin.
