The quality and spaciousness of The Apple Barn, where contemporary furniture and original artwork mix wonderfully with rustic antiques and rural prints, will delight those looking for the refinements of home when on holiday. The ground floor has a large en suite twin bedroom while the spacious double bedroom and family bathroom are located on the floor above, along with the open plan living-room, which has high ceilings, views over farmland and doors out to a raised deck overlooking the garden and fields. Semi-detached from the Owners’ home and set amid 34 acres, there are meadows, woodland and a wildlife lake to explore (please take care with children around the lake). The pretty creekside village of Lerryn is reached along lanes and footpaths, perfect for walking off a pub lunch enjoyed in the Ship Inn. Picturesque Fowey, the Eden Project and the ancient stannary town of Lostwithiel are all easily reached by car, or just enjoy the tranquility of The Apple Barn and relax by the lake with its abundant wildlife. Please note this property has a private water supply, regularly tested.
