Semi-detached from the Owners’ home and set amid 34 acres, there are meadows, woodland and a wildlife lake to explore (please take care with children around the lake). The pretty creekside village of Lerryn is reached along lanes and footpaths, perfect for walking off a pub lunch enjoyed in the Ship Inn. Picturesque Fowey, the Eden Project and the ancient stannary town of Lostwithiel are all easily reached by car, or just enjoy the tranquility of The Apple Barn and relax by the lake with its abundant wildlife. Please note this property has a private water supply, regularly tested.
