Relax in a super duper Cornish spa hydrotherapy hot tub (run completely by renewable energy) on a raised private terrace close to Nancy’s House. Set in the heart of a bio diverse farm, this gorgeous cottage is the perfect romantic retreat. Make the most of your fruit and herb planted courtyard and small watercress pond by cooking a romantic meal for two, and snuggle up in front of the roaring wood-burner. The beamed bedroom upstairs has the comfiest of beds and a cot for babies under six months old. There are stunning walks from the doorstep, with secluded Portheras beach only 20 minutes away on foot. The village nearby has three pubs and, for a special meal out, the renowned Gurnard’s Head is a short drive from the cottage.
The coastal footpaths are spectacular, and there are fantastic walks inland from Nancy’s House too – to Woon Gumpus moor, prehistoric Chun Quoit and to the Iron Age Chun Castle.
