This contemporary semi-detached dormer bungalow lies within the market town of Marazion. A spacious south-facing sitting/dining-room leads out to the sunny terrace and small enclosed garden, where St Michael’s Mount can be seen above the rooftops. A shower-room, two bedrooms, the kitchen and the sitting/dining-room are all on the ground floor and stairs lead up to the stylish en suite master bedroom. Here the bed is opposite the French windows and balcony, enabling you to sit up and enjoy the view from the moment you wake. A raised rear sun terrace provides the ideal spot for a barbecue or an al fresco meal following a day on the vast sandy beach at Marazion, or after walking the causeway and visiting the castle – perhaps exploring rock pools on the way.
