Description

With spectacular panoramic views across Mount’s Bay, eastwards to the beautiful Lizard peninsula and westwards to Penzance, this welcoming cottage occupies an enviable elevated position on the quiet outskirts of Porthleven. Just fifteen minutes’ stroll from the picturesque harbour and its shops, pubs and restaurants, Seascape is one of five spacious, modern terraced cottages built in a traditional style (bottom right in photograph), benefiting from 3G mobile coverage. Everyone will enjoy being close to the beach, walkers will be spellbound by stunning views from the coastal path leading to nearby Loe Bar and beyond, and children will love the table-football, arcade-style mini basketball and electronic dartboard in the games-room. Built into the cliffs, Seascape is approached by a sloping driveway which provides off-road parking, and has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The comfortably furnished sitting/dining-room and well-equipped kitchen are on the first floor, making the most of the glorious sea views. Also upstairs are a shower-room and two bedrooms, both overlooking the rear patio and the attractive, steeply terraced garden (young children and the elderly please take care). Climb the gravelled steps to the top patio, and the magnificent views will simply take your breath away! Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
