With spectacular panoramic views across Mount’s Bay to Penzance in the west and the beautiful Lizard peninsula to the east, Seascape occupies an enviable elevated position on the quiet outskirts of Porthleven, yet lies just fifteen minutes’ stroll from the picturesque harbour and its surrounding shops, pubs and restaurants. One of five spacious, modern terraced cottages built in a traditional style (bottom right in photograph), Seascape is well-equipped and comfortably furnished with the sitting/dining-room and kitchen on the first floor making the most of the glorious views. The whole family will enjoy being close to the beach, walkers will be spellbound by the stunning views from the coastal path leading to nearby Loe Bar and beyond, and children will love the table-football, arcade-style mini basketball and electronic dartboard in the games-room. Built into the cliffs, the cottage is approached by a sloping driveway providing ample off road parking, and has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are a shower-room and two further bedrooms which overlook the patio behind the cottage and the attractive, steeply terraced garden (young children and the elderly will need to take care). Climb the gravelled steps to the top patio and the magnificent views will simply take your breath away!
