Not far from the fishing port of Looe and its shops, restaurants and beaches, the cottage has a wonderfully rural feel although only minutes from good access roads. The light open plan living-room has a wood-burner, French doors out to the sunny patio and a spacious kitchen/dining-area. The cottage can be accessed via a ramp, and the double bedroom on the ground floor has use of a well planned wet-room, making the property ideal for those of limited mobility. Upstairs, the double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the twin bedroom an en suite shower-room, and both look out over the garden to farmland and the Forestry Commission Herodsfoot Woods, where deer roam freely and numerous well-kept footpaths encourage you to explore. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
