Trewartha Cottage is found on a traditional family-run farm near the picturesque village of Veryan on the beautiful Roseland peninsula. Tranquility is assured in this lovely location and the warmest of welcomes from the neighbouring Owners is guaranteed. A delicious home-made cake will await you and children can often help feed the calves and sheep. Renovated to the highest standards using the latest environmental technology, semi-detached Trewartha Cottage has photovoltaic solar panels providing energy for hot water, while slate flagstones downstairs and oak boards upstairs are warmed by under-floor heating, keeping you snug whatever the weather. This relaxing house has a ground floor bedroom with an en suite wet-room, suitable for wheelchair users if required. The kitchen/breakfast-room is fully equipped, with double doors leading through to the sitting-room and conservatory beyond which has wide-ranging views over farmland to the sea. Upstairs, two bedrooms share a shower-room and the master bedroom has its own luxurious bathroom. A large enclosed garden is perfect for outdoor games, and footpaths lead to Portloe and Veryan, both with excellent pubs. Please note that the changeover times are 4pm on arrival and 10am on departure.
