Rurally located yet close to Plymouth and several beautiful beaches, Lower Trevollard is a haven for those wishing to explore this hidden part of the county. The Owners farm sheep on the surrounding land and guests can stroll across fields to the banks of the River Lynher (livestock permitting). These semi-detached properties contrast with each other, one with exposed stone walls and slate floors, the other with smooth white render and a wall of glass. Available as two separate units, the cottages open up to form one large property should guests require. Please be aware that the shallow pond to the front of the properties is unfenced.

Lower Trevollard Barn has open-tread stairs leading from the large entrance hall to the huge kitchen/dining-room, the convivial heart of the house with the added benefit of a library-area, together with a small snooker table. The dining-area has two sets of French doors, one opening to steps leading down to the front courtyard and lawns, the other across a wooden bridge to the orchard behind the property. The ground floor sitting-room has a large wood-burner and a door out to the courtyard, and the two bedrooms on this floor share a shower-room, with the double bedroom on the floor above having access to a bathroom.
