Description

Rurally located yet close to Plymouth, St Mellion golf course and the beautiful Rame peninsula, Lower Trevollard Barn is perfect for those exploring this hidden area. The Owners farm sheep on the surrounding land and guests can walk to the River Lynher (livestock permitting). A huge first floor kitchen/dining-room is the convivial heart of the house, with a library-area and small snooker table. The ground floor sitting-room has a large wood-burner and access to the front courtyard and lawns, while a contemporary, glass-walled sun-room has folding doors opening to decking and the garden. The family bedroom has an en suite shower-room and a glass-fenced roof terrace offering panoramic views over farmland to the river. Three further bedrooms share a family bathroom and shower-room. This hugely spacious house is perfect for large families and gatherings, but can also be booked out of the main season with the contemporary part of the barn closed off. Please note the lower rent band does not apply for holidays beginning on or between 14 July to 31 August and is only applicable for parties of 6 + 2 cots or less.
